  • This is a great local firm, unfortunately I came across them because of a car accident. However, I'm grateful that I had them on my side. I'm appreciative of how much time Jay took with our meetings to make sure he understood the whole situation. Throughout the process he kept me informed and gave me detailed options and opinions of asked. It's refreshing to have someone that tells you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear. The staff is also very helpful when Jay was not available. Throughout the whole process from beginning to end, Jay followed through on everything and really helped me with the unfortunate situation. Additionally, he was concerned for my well-being throughout the process and would check to make sure the healing process was going well. I'm also a repeat customer as I was involved in another car accident and the second time around was no different than the first experience with Jay. It's good to know you'll get the same quality and caring service if you have to go back because of an unfortunate accident.
