  • we found this place close to the coroner office and needed to have service as soon as possible with the amount of family that was coming to support our loved one and with all the reassurance and help of the staff, that our service was going to be handled correctly , we worked daily on coordination and set up and photo cards and this was not what my family expected we were given wrong death date on our family members card and the set up that we worked with days prior was not set up we ended up taking the small tv off the entry way to support our video/audio , the jewelry we ordered was not on time and the owner was contacted and assures us he will call back to discuss the issues and never returned our calls and the staff tried to help us , but the bottom line is no this is not a place for you to add more stress to your grievance! you need a peace of mind that in times like this the company will go above and beyond to make sure the setting is 100% to allow your time and family members to be together to celebrate and say farewell ,,, so disappointed with heritage mortuary !
