  • This place could be great but the service was less than desirable. I ordered a burger "medium rare" and it was so raw inside that it was practically falling apart. The consistency was definitely raw hamburger meat. It happens. What shouldn't happen however, was the server's reaction when I informed her. She questioned how I ordered my burger (I don't care what temp I ordered it at, I didn't ask for raw), and then she offered to have them cook my burger more. I pointed to my plate which at this point consisted of ground meat mush, laughed a little, and said "that might be hard since it fell apart"... her response... wait for it... "we can take it back and re-patty it for you and then cook it more"... RE-PATTY?!? I passed on the idea of them taking food that I had already started eating back to the kitchen and putting it back on the grill. Needless to say, I won't be eating their burgers anytime soon. Disappointing because I had high hopes for this place.
