| - Located right on the corner of Highway 7 and Markham Road, this location attracts plenty of locals - families, elderly, students, etc. Markham District high school is very close by, so you'll likely see plenty of students right around lunch or after school times. There are always, always long line-ups here during the winter latte sales and summer frappucino happy hours - from 2 -5pm or whenever the sale time is, there are long, long line-ups. The staff here are mostly students, and they're generally always super friendly, helpful and quick.
During the summertime, they put out 2-3 tables outside with umbrellas so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are a handful of tables insides, but it can get pretty cramped and uncomfortables with line-ups right beside or behind you. One thing I love about this location, is that they always have a small pole/stand you can tie your dog to, and there's also a small water bowl for them - so considerate considering the number of families who come here with their pets. There aren't too many parking spots and no bike racks or parking, so people usually just prop them up or tie time to a parking pole/sign for a quick bit.
