High end restaurant at the Ritz Carlton. Chef is doing a good job with the menu but definitely you can tell that it's not Chef Boulud 100%. Service, ambient taste were good. Pricey but given the fact that has the two big words Boulud and Ritz, it was expected. I enjoyed the dinner but we were expecting more. Still being a great restaurant but among the label of " Best chef/ restaurant in Montreal" it's not a personal favorite.
