  • I'll preface this by saying, we are vegans, so we didn't have the 'real' pho, so I can't speak for that. But the vegetarian broth tasted like boiled funyuns. Both my husband and I will eat almost anything, we are like garbage disposals. But we couldn't get when a quarter way through that. Plus, hot tea was lukewarm.
