If you've ever waited all day for a service person, then you know it's inconvenient but they DO eventually arrive or call. Not these guys! Barbagallo Electric was recommended by the previous owners of my home. Vincent was friendly and happy to schedule an appointment. There was no "window of time" established, but he agreed to call an hour prior to arrival. I waited all day and nobody came or called. I called the next day and he apologized and rescheduled for the following Monday OR Tuesday. I waited BOTH days and they still didn't show! Months afterward I actually tried again. I left a message and Vincent replied three days later. He said he would've called sooner but had mistaken the area code....So I scheduled an appearance and AGAIN he was a no-show. Was I on Candid Camera? That was a Friday, so the following week I sent a text expressing my frustration and said it was some consolation knowing I could submit an online review in hopes of saving others from similar grief and inconvenience. He responded immediately with an offer to come that day or first thing the next morning. My only thought was how many people would he have to stand up to actually make it? It's inconceivable that a business would pull such a stunt repeatedly and only "guarantee satisfaction" if they think it might otherwise result in negative publicity.
