  • PLEASE READ!!! Management!!!! My friend flew in tonight from across country tonight and Nicholas greeted us at the front desk. He had been so accommodating and friendly upgrading our room to make our stay that much more special since it was my friends first time in Vegas! We had a problem finding our room and Officer Love the security guard noticed us struggling and really went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Both her and Nicholas provided service like I have never experienced ever before, I truly felt so cared about and special. Officer Love really went out of her way, she was with us every step of the way while we were double booked on accident. I am truly so impressed. Nicholas also fixed the problem right away and was so understanding and kind. I really am blown away with the customer service provided at MGM on our FIRST NIGHT here! We will always remember them and these memories. Thank you Nicholas, Officer Love and Judy, too!
