  • Their doctors are good which is why they get two stars. Customer Service: Failure of providing accurate billing information. Every time I visited this Dr. Office additional fees are applied after the visit. It doesn't matter how well I take notes on my payments or who I talked to when I cancel an appointment. They always find a way to bill additional fees. It has happened too many times I'm tired of having to come in with my receipts showing I paid or coming in with my phone bill showing I called and canceled an appointment. MOVING ON to another doctors office. Too bad because I liked the doctors but not worth the extra headaches and extra cash.
