  • I was so taken back by everything at this salon. If I were really a snobby person, I could say the salon it self was not up to par, however, I was beyond willing to look past that to have my hair cut by a Curly Deva Hair Specialist. Kelly was over an hour late to cut my hair, with barely an apology or an offer of a discount or favor. She told me how to talk to future hair stylists when I commented about my own bangs, thank you but this is not my first rodeo of my getting my bangs cut. She did give a good hair cut and great color, however, moving here to Pittsburgh from Los Angeles I was blown away by the cost of the hair cut at the end. I have never seen prices so high and I have always gone to a Curly Deva Hair Specialist... in LA! If her customer service was MUCH better and prices A LOT lower and I might think about going back. She did redeem a little herself at the end, and we ended with a hug but it was still way too little way too late.
