One of my biggest complaints as a baby boomer age consumer is that customer service is not nearly as good as it used to be. So, on the rare occasions when the service meets my high standards, I am compelled to give praise. Such was the case today with Justin today. Now get this, I told him when I entered the store that I was only there to determine which mattress I was going to order from Tempurpedic as a warranty replacement (i.e., not buying a thing!). I fully expected he would point me in the right direction and wish me luck. Instead, Justin gave me a full rundown on each mattress and included reports from other customers AND himself regarding the line. He listened to my concerns, and helped me narrow down my choices so that I could make the best decision. He even gave me suggestions on how to adjust the mattress to help my sore back! Justin was so personable and helpful that I started feeling a little sad on the drive home that I didn't buy anything, so I plan to go back and at least get some accessories from him at least; and I will tell my friends to do the same!
