I had met up with some old college housemates in Las Vegas for a food indulgent adventure, staying at The LINQ. Over the weekend we sought to buy something nice to take home - two of us had kids waiting at home and a giant box of Nerds candy just didn't seem like it'll do. So when we passed by The Honolulu Cookie Company, we felt like we found our answer. There's a variety of flavors of shortbread cookies - the lilikoi, mango and pineapple are nice but its the chocolate and chocolate dipped that are truly addictive. I filled up a plastic cookie jar with an assortment of cookies; the workers will help stack the cookies to fit perfectly in any of their containers. After I brought it home, it took no time to finish all the cookies. And because there's only 2 locations in Las Vegas and all other locations in Hawaii, it makes a great gift to bring home because its not something that can be easily bought in stores.
