  • So the view is phenomenal but staffing one bar tender during Happy Hour on a Saturday is a very poor strategy. Thought I'd buy drinks before dinner at Rivea, but that didn't work out. The one bartender was so slammed that the only time he had to talk to me, and the customers next to me, was to explain why he couldn't serve us drinks.
