  • I went in to see Lori for a major color correction, and she did a fabulous job fixing my straw-like mess. I went to another salon to get ombré done on my hair, and needless to say I had to return 3 times to try to have it fixed. They were failed attempts, I was left with over-processed way too blonde for my skin tone, and further damaged hair. It was not even blended. Lori took ONE look at my hair and got straight to work. She's so intuitive and knew exactly what I wanted, but further how to correct the damage without causing further damage. I have naturally really long brown hair, and even though somewhat damaged from the other salon.... I walked out of the Salon Zen looking and feeling confident again!!! This is a real testimony!!!! I wish I could post before and after photos! Go see Lori for all your hair needs. If this is her work on a color corrective job which is not easy, I can only imagine great things to come!!! Thank you soooo much Lori! You made my day and I feel classy again. You can't put a price on that:))))
