  • I called Duluth on the 17th of Dec 16 and was given the wrong amount of tax I owed since I live in Pa. The woman agreed with me and stated she had to talk to a supervisor since everything is computed automatically and asked if I could wait a minute. After waiting over three minutes I hung up . Tonight I called again to place my $200 order and the person called Diane states I owed $5.00 more each on the first two items than what the catalog states. I said how can that be and she stated it must be an old catalog and then I stated the catalog had December on the front 2016. She put me on hold and then came on and said she made a mistake. I told her I thought it was a scam and what safeguards are there in place for customers that didn't have a catalog and she couldn't answer. I then didn't feel comfortable ordering anymore and certainly giving my credit card number and told her so and hung up. I have been ordering from LL BEAN and lands end this season and never encountered this problem. So much for this company!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
