rev:text	Super long wait for appointment to begin, every time. Does no good to arrive on time. Had to make repeated phone calls to get office staff to submit requests to insurance, follow up on status, resubmit request to insurance and equipment providers, etc. NEVER ONCE did anyone contact me to let me know status, even after repeated requests. NEVER felt like anyone there cared. Described situation to PA Jarvis and he said I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. So I did.
