My husband went in recently with a cheerful greeting to the empty shop --five stylists standing around looking bored. He quipped that he hoped they could give him a haircut without a reservation, a bit corny, but it did not merit the response. They made a rude joke about him to his face and watched him leave without apologizing or trying to save what looked like the "sale' of the day. No thanks. Never again. They say when you have a bad experience with a business, you tell ten times more people about it than when you have a good one. Definitely true here. Not worth a second chance.
