I had a horrible customer experience. Came to get gift cards. The cashier messed up, customer service couldn't help. I had to go back to work tell them I couldn't get all the cards for our Veterans event.
Called spoke to the asst mgr Julio. Had to go back, tried to explain things to Asst. Mgr. Julio. Wow what a way to escalate an issue Julio. He was combative, never understood the very simple issue, refused to help me. Lol ok thank you. The customer service asst mgr Rebecca did. Julio then got another manager because he couldn't deal with me. Abraham. I told him someone was helping me but Julio. By thus time i wanted to cry. I was afraid Julio would hit me. Kept checking my corporate card. I think he thought I shouldn't have one. Julio lost a pretty good large company customer. Plus a personal one too.
