  • Beware. The shady factor is high with this company. I paid $79 for less than a minute of work and multiple lies. I called and asked for a quote to replace a motor (and provided the model number). Lie 1: "Tech must do in depth diagnostics to determine the problem." Reality: 18 seconds of work to place a screw driver in the fan and see it doesn't spin and say "you need to replace the motor." Exactly what I told them when I called and provided the motor model number. Lie 2: "The tech will have the part in the truck." Reality: the tech did not have the part and would need to schedule another appointment. They refused a phone quote (after asking nicely over and over for a quote for a motor (and stating I understood if it was something else the quote would obviously not be valid). They quoted $800 to fix the motor (we found the motor online for under $200; we'll do it ourselves). Lie 3: "You won't find better prices to get a new unit installed." Now, like any reasonable person I already have priced new systems. And (get this) they quoted $6,000-$10,000 (for one out of two units) for a replacement. Yeah, that's $12,000-$20,000 for a 2300 square foot home. Seriously, unless it's made of panda these guys are out of their minds. I guess if you need commercials, there's a reason. So, do your homework and save yourselves time, money, and sanity. I hope I've helped some of you by showing the reality past the phone call. Oh! And they tried to up-sell me on a service package. Seriously.
