  • Broke again. We have tried to work with this awful company and they just keep giving us the cold shoulder. Wrote a letter asking for a new unit after multiple (8) times the unit broke. It's sad that my kids have to say " why is it so hot in here?" And we pay up the wazzooo for aps. Please go elsewhere for ac. They do not stand by their units they install. I've pent over 1700 dollars on this crap unit. Alaskan came and gave us a new unit since ours was a lemon. They finally did the right thing. Thank you Alaskan. The technicians, btw, have been nothing but great everytime they came out.
