| - WORST COMPANY EVER So not worth it!!! This is the WORST moving company I have ever used!! I am a single woman who trusted a bad company to do a job they FAILED to do. When the guys showed up I told them I needed everything upstairs moved because I had appointment the next day for the carpet to be cleaned and I could not move the stuff it was too heavy They started loading boxes most of which I planned on taking with me to my cabin in Utah all were marked CABIN they loaded them anyway!! I had to tell them several times the upstairs was a priority!! The rooms were not very full, one room had two night stands, dresser and bed and two lamps. They carried the lamps down stairs and left them, they loaded the dresser, matress and took the posts off my bed I can NOT find the posts not I guess they put those in storage however, they left the head board and footboard (both are very heavy I can not lift either one by myself). They went to the next room it contained a wood ship, bed dresser and tv cabinet. They moved the dresser, ship and TV cabinet left the bed ( I can't lift that by myself either). The other bedroom had an office chair and a box and a few clothes. They took the box and left everything else!! The last bedroom had a Treadmill, AB machine, bike, boxes, file cabinet and pictures. They moved the file cabinet and left everything else did not touch another thing in that room andcof course I can not lift the workout equipment!! There was a chaise lounge upstairs and of course they left that and I could not lift that either. For a great deal of the time the older guy talked about how many times he was shot and how he is with some outreach program. At one point, one of them let my dog out and she ran away, so myself and the younger guy went different ways to look for my dog. He found her and wanted me to identify her as I told him yes, that's her the old guy said " you know we're still on the clock" I told him that's not my damn fault my dog was let out and he surely wasn't worried about being on the clock when he was standing around telling me about how many times he was shot or his outreach program!! These guys were so unorganized and refused to listen to me when I told them all boxes maked cabin were not going to storage but with me they loaded them anyway!! These guys refused to listen the old one was expecially bad about listening!! nor did they listen to me when I told them It was a MUST TO GET THE STUFF UPSTAIRS AND THE HEAVY STUFF BECAUSE they DID NOT do that either. We left to the storage and I watched them unload box after box aftervbox and what heavy furnature they decided to get. While they were loading and unloading the old guy complained that he had already worked 15 hours and was beat. After a while, the young guy came up to me and said your storage is full we have to take this stuff back to your house WTH!! I cried as this had been the move from hell then I realized all of the stuff they left at my house the majority of it was heavy stuff and I CAN'T lift it by myself I broke down and cried!! I could not believe I hired a moving company to move what they did .These guys had made a huge mess with the sruff they returned to my house they just threw it into the garage. Prior to their arrival I had stacked all of the boxes very neat and was able to get my rzr and trailer in the garage when they l
brought the stuff back from the storage I could not even walk in the garage. I had a couple of friends come over and the carpet cleaner and they seen the way the movers left I my house. They were shocked, discusted and had a hard time believing these people were "professional" movers it was obvious they were not. I sent a txt to the owner of the company when I returned home from storage he asked what he could do to make it right I was so upset I told him I needed to think about it and would get back to him. I txt him the next day so I could let him know what i felt was fair which was FOR THEM TO do the job I paid them FOR. His response was rediciouls and insulting here it is word for word " IT IS JUST $89 HR FOR TWO GUYS AND A TRUCK THAT'S THE BEST I CAN DO." He is out of his mind if he thinks I would pay him again for a job that should have been done to begin with he OWES ME aND i owe every single woman and Vegas resident this information before they get scammed like I did!! This company takes advantage of single woman they moved the majority of stuff I could have moved myself and purposely left the heavy stuff so I would have to pay them more to move it I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A JOB TWICE THAT WAS SO UNSATISFACTORY I WILL ADVISE EVERyone I know to stay away from this rip off FAMILY MOVERS company because they should have moved ithe heavy stuff first DUH!! This is the biggest SCAM EVER!! THAT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO GO IN THERE. I know for a fact I GOT SCREWED EVERY WAY POSSIBLE BY THIS COMPANY. I HAVE never heard of a moving company leaving without finishing the job.
