  • Don't waste your time or money! Wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order. When I placed my order I was told two weeks then received a phone call a few days later that my order was on back order and it would be a couple extra days, fine no problem. Then after reading others reviews I became concerned about my order and rightfully so. Called the morning my items were supposed to arrive only for them not to answer the phone or put you straight on hold before even saying hello then after 10 mins of being placed on hold I finally get someone on the phone. I asked for an update on my order and was put on hold again only for no answers to what was going on with my order all she could tell me is that it wasn't going to be delivered on time but no telling when so I called back later in the day spoke to Loraine who informed me that in fact my items were on back order again for another 2 two weeks. Nobody has any clue at this store and management?? What management? Any business ran this way should just close their doors. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will spend my money else where.
