I just took my dog here for his second appointment. The first appointment went well about 6 months ago. Today was a different story.
I arrived to check in at our scheduled time, the guy at the front desk began to confirm the services to be performed and stated we were there for a bath and brush, I corrected him that we were there for a haircut and that last time the service included bath, brush and full haircut. I told him I definitely wanted the haircut and he said "you realize that means taking length off". I confirmed that was what I wanted and the guy proceeded to tell me (in a very derogatory and snotty way) that I "clearly didn't understand what a haircut was" and that he needed to get someone from the back to explain it to me. I explained to him that I wanted the haircut and that was what I had made the original appointment for. He stated again that I didn't understand and he would get someone from he back. I told the guy that I was very displeased with his customer service and professionalism and he shrugged his shoulders. I told him that "I could just leave and cancel the appointment", his response was "why don't you do that".
While all of this was happening there was a pile of poop on the floor in the waiting area.
