  • I am now left without a car as the insurance totalled my car and I am left with a small sum of money which is not enough to buy another car. And all this because, I took my car to Roy Foss to fix it and they test drive it and meet with an accident. What is more, they refused to pay the towing charges from the scene of the accident and allowed my car to get impounded. Now I had to file a claim on my policy to get my car taken care of which means that now i have a claim on my insurance which will increase my premiums. I asked Roy Foss in good faith to get my car fixed and handle this out of insurance but they refused. What is more, they were rude with me (especially Peter Recine and the James Foss Ricci) and they ignored me and my calls. Is this what has become of the world today? You go to a dealership because of the customer service and look at what you get- they get into an accident with your car and they want you to deal with your own insurance and take care of things. What is more frustrating is that- they did not even provide me a rental car while all this was going on- All Roy Foss did is try to save every penny on this and try not to spend anything on me even though they are the ones who caused this mess! I asked them 'hey give me a good deal on another used car' and Peter Recine refused. This Roy Foss dealership needs to be avoided at all costs. No customer should go here or get service from this place.
