| - I'm sorry but this was the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure. Started great as I didn't have an appointment and was seated right away. All downhill from there. The girl assigned to me was obviously new because she didn't even know how to hold the tools correctly. She didn't file the tips of my nails, however she did proceed to file the tops of them, where the nail polish goes, skinning my toes in the process. Heel scrub was a joke and massage was even worse, about 10 seconds per leg, and the poor girl put the hot towel on before the massage. About then the owner walked by and asked if everything was ok, my inner voice spoke out loud unexpectedly and said "No!" The owner then sat down and told my girl to go to the back room in a very rude tone. By this point I wanted to walk out but he was now proceeding to cut out my ingrown nails, so he said. Super painful. I've never had my toes bleed before during a pedicure but today was the day. He then had another girl come and take over, telling her to start over. This girl was pleasant enough and knew what she was doing, but for the next 30 minutes I had to hear her and two other workers complain endlessly about the owners attitude, the music that was playing, the fact that they are supposed to wear white jackets and on and on. I couldn't wait to get out of there and for sure I will never return.
