  • Chef Michael and his staff went out of their way to exceed our expectations for food and service. His staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. They were on top of all our needs while not distracting from the event. During the organization phase he really seemed to be patiently listening for what were going for and then delivered our vision to us. The food was exceptional and the delivery and setup was just like he explained that it would be. The presentation was beautifully done. My next catering event will not require any research, you have won yourself a customer Renaissance Catering.
