  • Horrible customer service in the tool rental department. Bought a saw used it for less than 2 hours before it broke. Paid $375 to have it repaired. It worked 3 minutes before it stopped working again. Took it back and told them it was not repaired correctly and the manager told me he "was not going to absorb that cost." Totally unprofessional no customer service skills. Looks like I'm the one absorbing all the costs.
