The massage therapist was great but the front office staff are absolutely horrible. They have poor communication and customer service skills. Not only did she ask me personal questions in the waiting room, but there was zero privacy!!! No time to relax beforehand! I was booked for a 90 minute massage with foot scrub for my birthday from my mother. She is a member and they said she could transfer some of her extra to me. So all she would pay for was my extra service for the sugar foot scrub. I sat in a cold noisy waiting room for 15 minutes while their new staff member tried to push a membership on me. I told her I have a full schedule and would think about it. But relentless. Finally they called me back 7 minutes after my appointment was due to start, no issue and the therapist said I would get the full time. Finished at 4:00. I was supposed to have a 90 minute session, not 53 minutes. I came out and the office staff again tried to push a membership on me...I told her I would have to deal with a schedule before making a commitment. She kept pushing. I told her no and went outside to warm up while waiting for my mom to get out as we do this together to relax. The front desk girl comes out and asks me how I intend to pay. Excuse me? The massage was transferred and the remaining was already supposed to be charged. She tried to tell me I owed $149.99 and that I was in for 90 minutes when I was only in for an hour. So as I'm waiting in the waiting room, another woman comes to apologize. Says I'm still supposed to be in my massage, and blamed it on the therapist. I told her it wasn't her fault the front desk staff gave her the wrong time, but that all I would be charged for is the massage...really? Then she looks back in the computer and sees it should be taken care of...comes back and says now I get a free 90 minute session. That's better but having to deal with the front office staff was uncomfortable and annoying. Takes away any relaxation. They don't know how to do business and maybe should hire front desk who can deal with customer service and have basic reading and computer skills. Massage gets 5 stars. Front office staff gets 0 stars. Management gets 3 stars for effort in fixing their mistake.
