I was all excited, been wanting to go here for the longest time. So yesterday i decided to go here with my grandma for her birthday brunch.
So we got sited, server went to us and said she'll be right with us after a few minutes. Alryt no problem.
Server went back to us and asked for drinks. Said our order and at that moment she changes her facial expression hand when we asked for water with lemon.
Didn't even bother asking us if we're ready to order.
Told her anyways we're reading.
We loved the food so much, the portions are huge and the food is amazing. Ordered the famous chicken and waffles and red velvet pancakes with eggs and bacon. Ddnt even bother asking us if what pancake we want until i asked if we get to choose. She's to in hurry to get out of our table.
I must really say that everything goes down to customer service, seeing her by the drinks section talking to her co workers smiling but whenever she comes to our table her mood changes.
I want to try other foods from the menu but from this experience i might go to a different location.
