  • Scheduled an appointment with Alyse for Saturday, 7/18 at 9:30am via their online booking system. Received an email and text confirmation for my appointment. I showed up at 9:25am for my appointment and the salon was dark and locked. I waited until 9:40am before I left. I called the number 3 times, and no one answered. I did leave a message, and to this day no one has ever called me back to apologize! I am shocked by the complete disregard! For a salon that literally just opened in this city to treat a new client this way, not good business! I can't imagine they will stay in business much longer. Which is a shame, it looked like a cute place!
