Well..... these guys don't seem to have an issue with taking ones money - they can DO that. However after the sale they act as if they don't know you.
After being brushed off by Josh who refused to warranty one window from a $10k order just 3 months after the sale, ( he even refused to contact the manufacturer ) I called Anderson directly and was treated very well by them and Anderson is standing behind their product, as they should, because the defect fell within their warranty terms.
Shame on Josh and shame on R&K.
