| - Since this bustling Ballantyne breakfast joint is a half mile from our house, I really, really want to love it, but I just can't get seem to get there. I can say that I do "sorta like" it, as due to location alone, it has become somewhat of a frequent breakfast location for me. It seems to consistently rate between 3 and 4 stars.
What I like: $5.49 two egg special, Lavazza coffee, homey dining area, attentive service, huge egg sandwiches, lobster specials, grits, real butter, Smuckers jellies.
What I don't like: The wait, service by committee, crowded tables, average toast.
They do serve lunch but I've only tried in once and found or to be average. Sanitary rating is consistently high and the place is well managed. If possible, I'd give it
3.5.
