  • I gave this place a try after my iPhone 5c gave out - I believed at the time that it needed a new battery. Battery was great but then callers couldn't hear me on phone calls unless I had the speaker on. So I returned it again and then another problem began - I could no longer move about from page to page. So back I go again. Through all this Cynthia was incredible - best customer service and so friendly. It would probably have been much easier to upgrade to another phone but I love my small and simply iPhone 5c. Thank you again, Cynthia and Daniel. I highly recommend this location. Cheers***
