After leaving a voicemail and not getting a returned call after 2 days I decided to cal back. The nature of my call was to attempt to switch the name on my account from my wives name to mine. Got it for her as a gift and she no longer wanted the services. I was connected with Chelsea who told me that the only way to do that was a doctors note. I thought that sounded odd, especially since the last massage location I used always allowed massages to be transferred within the family (LaVida!!). When I got frustrated that we couldn't figure something out she put me on hold. During that time I reread my contract and saw that there were several options for canceling my service that Chelsea did not share with me. I asked to speak with a manager and she let me know that she was a manager (hahaha, sad for them). I became upset at her incompetence and inability to sense that she had a customer that was attempting to find a way to remain a client even after a family member wanted to cancel. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere.
