  • They took 3 months to schedule an appointment! I received 2 random phone calls telling me that my medicare policy is not valid. Impossible, since it come directly out of my check each month. I was told that my insurance would cover study entirely, no deductible. When then finally scheduled it, and when I checked in for the study was told no out of pocket.. Now I have a $100.00 bill, due in two weeks. They study hurt like hell! Glued sensors all over your head, your hair comes off with them. No REM results given to neuro, complete waste of a night and money. I should have known better, with dysfunction from scheduling. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
