  • This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with & was part of the reason I signed up for a Yelp account. I am fanatic about scratched rims & my upgrade option alloys were perfect. Yet I picked up my VW from service & one rim was trashed - badly! After a bit of haggling, they actually repaired it on their dime so I had respect for that & wrote it off. The next time I went in I even asked the service guy to inspect the car with me, although they actually scratched another rim on the very next service visit!!! This time wasn't as bad, but when I'd gone back to simply show the service manager, he blatantly told me he would do nothing about it. All he had to do was tell me he'd look into it but basically called me a liar instead even though his own guy was proof!!! I didn't want anything other then to give him feedback he could use, but he wouldn't even take it! That's customer service 101. A real Class A schmuck this guy. Then, I was shopping for a new Tiguan via Costco Auto Program & was defaulted to Berge since they are the closest. The sales guy tried to jerk me around, haggled with the price (the antithesis of Costco Auto prog's terms) & when I told him no, he tried to talk me into a lease. I've got more, but this should be plenty for you. All this happened between summer 2012 & spring 2013. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I'll gladly drive the extra 8 miles to Chapman from now on.
