  • I'll be honest. This place may look like a total hole in the wall from the outside and is not much to look at on the inside. Guess what, that doesn't matter in the slightest. Not only is the Pho the best Pho I've had in Arizona (can't say best ever, as I've had some great Pho in the Bay Area), but the prices here are incredibly, incredibly reasonable.
