I went to Foot Fetish Nail Spa for a Groupon deal. Big mistake. First off if took me about 5 phone calls and voice-mails before I finally got a phone call back and the first thing the woman said to me, very rudely, was they do not answer the phone if they are with clients. Maybe they should consider a receptionist. When I walked into the place she told me to pick a color and that was the extent of our conversation. The whole time I was getting my service done the woman did not say one word to me, but her and the technician next to us and her client (a regular) were talking to each other the whole time. When I would try to get in the conversation my technician would just look up at me and give me a dirty look or roll her eyes. I am a hairstylist and I have my own business and I know that in this industry if you treat clients with no respect, you will not thrive. I used to work for a company where I had to do many discounted services and I realize it can be frustrating because your commission goes down, but never once have I taken it out on a client. I just do not understand why these people decided to put a Groupon out in the first place because they obviously did not appreciate the new clients they got. I know I will not be coming back to this place.
