rev:text	Storage Unit wise, everything was as expected. Nice that they include the carts when you have an inside unit. Why 2 stars (which should really be 1), Be cautious because they will Nickle and Dime you on the front end, and take your money on the back. On the front end, we tried to take advantage of the $1 firs month move in. That quickly turned into a $50 move in once they added the lock which you had to buy from them and all their crazy service fees. I sucked it up at that point, because the folks at the front desk seemed nice and the unit was ready for me to use right away. On the back end, we tried to close out our unit on the 3rd day of the month and were told that because we were on AutoPay they could not refund us the remainder of the month so we had to use the rest of the month...although they would put us down as no longer renting (I assume to double dip on the unit). Apparently it is documented in the rental agreement that you need to inform them 15 days ahead of time so they can pro-rate the month if you move out before the 15th day of the month. I will take the blame for not fully reading it or understanding how this worked. From a customer service standpoint this is a terrible policy and needs to be called out to everyone considering using them. My recommendation - Go with a different company however should you decide to take you chances on Public Storage - do not use Auto-pay because they will have access to you money and you will not have much remediation should they decide to take it even for service cancelled.
