  • Excellent Customer Service! I had 5 screens installed. Don and his daughter came to my house to measure the windows and they were both extremely professional and very pleasant. They arrived on time which is always a plus in my book. Did not ask me for any money until the screens were delivered. They came back in a couple of days and installed the screens. The reason they could not install the screens when they measured was that I gave them the wrong color of the frame. In addition, their prices cannot be beat. Home Depot wanted more than double the price. I did have a slight problem with one of the screens. The mesh needed to be tightened. No problem. I spoke to Sheila (Don's wife) and she said of course, Don will fix. When I came home from work, I saw that the screen was fixed and it is now perfect. That to me is excellent customer service. I highly recommend Screenmobile. When I am ready to get a screen door, I will be contacting them again.
