  • Stayed recently for a sports tournament in town. Hotel is waayyyy outdated. Pool n lobby seem to be only thing updated. Air conditioner went out and was unacceptable trying to sleep at 85 in your room. Happy hour was nice. Breakfast was really good n clean. Most of the staff was great n tried to help.. but... outdated is outdated. Grumpy older man working desk... with jacket on because lobby was so cold was very annoying... especially when we were so hot. I am giving a 3 star because the manager got back to us regarding our issues. Update your rooms and air conditioners in PHX Hilton! The Hilton name got us... we have come to expect more from Hilton properties.
