  • Five stars. The wait is ridiculously long but you can leave and they will text you when your nu get us approaching (you can get the status of how many people are ahead of you all the time). The five stars are really fir the employees. All people i spoke to were nice and helpful - something I am not used to (coming from NYC - where DMV workers are usually pissy and mean). It was a nice surprise to get help and have someone patiently explain step by step the process. I got done what I had to do and was happy.
