  • Again, if I could give zero stars I would. Read other reviews. My experience was a scheduled Sunday 3-5 appointment. Josh showed up around 6:45 and sat in his truck for 15 minutes before coming into house. He looked around and figured out it would be too hard for him to crawl around attic and wanted to start punching holes in my ceiling. Asked him to contact supervisor and have them send someone that could do the work. Next day nobody called and when I finally got through to Deanna the owner, she continually cut me off and said how hard it is to get a plumber out. You could tell she is overwhelmed and had no tact for dealing with frustrated customers. They now said they could get someone else out the next day. At this point I will pay out of pocket instead of using them. Unfortunately AHS said this was one of their highest rated plumbers-ouch! Not sure how a company like this stays in business, guess because they are in a large metro area? I would be ashamed if I was the owner and saw these Yelp reviews. Anyways, good luck and hope AZ Attorney General's office doesn't get wind of this company!
