  • I cant say enough about this company, but I will try. First let me start with our sales guy, Mike W. He was extremely friendly and so knowledgeable about this company and what the benefits were to me for going solar. He gave me the numbers on a spreadsheet comparing Sunrun and NV Energy and what I will save over time. He communicated EVERY step of the process and if I had any questions he never hesitated to answer them. I asked very bold questions and he laid his answers out plain as the sky is blue. Next is Lisa D. our customer care rep. If I ever had the chance to meet her, I would hug her just out of gratitude alone. She called whenever we were on the next step and was such a sweet lady. She surprised us one day with an early install schedule as we were not due until mid June. I got a call on March 30th and install started on April 2nd. She handled EVERYTHING on the office end of things quickly and efficiently. Lastly the installation crew. They were so polite and I cant stress enough how clean they left my property. They took their lunch break in my front yard which i didnt mind one bit. I didnt hear any a peep out of them and when I did go outside to check the progress, I never heard "construction worker" language. When the installation was finished, they cleaned every bit of trash and product and it was like they were never there.
