  • I visited this Planned Parenthood location on a Thursday afternoon around 3 pm. I had made an appointment over the phone the day before. When I arrived, there were just a few other people waiting. I waited no more than fifteen minutes for my turn. I'm surprised by the negative reviews about this place because every single employee I encountered was incredibly sweet and more importantly--very professional. Every single one of them also knew what they were doing and were able to answer every single one of my questions. Maybe I was just lucky that day, but even if I had to wait for an hour, I'd return to this location because of the level of professionalism of its staff. They were not only friendly and knowledgeable--they also helped me feel at ease during all the procedures I underwent. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone needing their services (more information on their website). I personally didn't have any issues waiting and neither did the other people I encountered (so it seemed), but just in case, I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.
