  • Outstanding service. Excellent stay. Any hotel that greets you like Drury is a luxury. Jennifer, front desk clerk, was exceptional. She was warm, friendly, and inviting. Great customer service! I loved the fact that we got a free meal upon arriving AND a free adult beverage! I was surprised. Drury also welcomed my pet. Any establishment that welcomes my pet and makes them feel at home is a PLUS for me. Everyone was so warm and nice here. The bathrooms are so big and the hotel provides body wash gel, shampoo and conditioner and face/hand soap. Great!!! The rooms were clean! I thought pet friendly places would be a bit run down and dirty but this was clean and you wouldn't even think peta were invited. So quiet, so peaceful. Restful night for a long drive to Ohio (we drove from Miami, Florida). The Drury hotel will be recommended highly by me, family, and friends. Thanks!
