| - I have been going since October, i have heard a lot about it for years and my boyfriend and i decided to finally go. After our first float we signed up for a membership. It was that amazing. I lost my mom a few months prior and had been struggling with the emotions that come along with that as well as major issues sleeping. I wasn't expecting much from one float but boy was i wrong! i went primarily for the emotional and spiritual aspects of the float tanks but found that this helped with a neck and back injury from years before. I used to have pains down my back when i would sit at my desk from this injury and now after coming numerous times this is almost nonexistent. After a few more floats my emotional state became better as well. i still am struggling with the loss but i am at peace with many things that i was not at peace with before. As humans we are constantly bombarded with stimuli, i could not tell you the last time i was alone since i have 4 kids and 2 cats! there is always someone around. Going into this tank i got to be with just me, be alone with my thoughts and dreams. it has been quite an eye opening experience. i can say this is not for everyone, if you are not open minded and open to go in with no expectations this probably isn't for you. after 4 visits i started bring in friends and family members. there has not been a single one that has come in and said it wasn't amazing. they all book more appointments within a month and most are now regulars as well. taking some time out of our lives to reflect on ourselves is the best thing we can do. i say give this a shot, yes the price is a little much, i think it should be about $35-$50 a float instead of $60-$80 but honestly after doing this so many times i would pay the $80 to have this moment to myself. i saw some reviews saying they don't care about repeat guests only first timers but this just isn't true. the staff is wonderful, we get points towards floats for bringing in our friends and family, the facility is clean and comfortable and when i had an issue with one of the tanks (it is a fraction warmer than the others and is too warm for me) they made sure i don't float in that pod anymore. to wrap this up, this is just a cool experience even if it is just once. I can't imagine not doing this at least once a month personally but everyone will have their own experience. i would recommend trying it if this has been something you have been interested in. i am very excited for the new locations to start opening since we will be closer in Gilbert and the one in Scottsdale to have more family and friends visit! not only is the float amazing but sharing with your friends afterward is amazing as well. it gives you all time to reflect on what you got out of it and hear what they got as well. it's worth the first time float of $50 or whatever deal you can find/promotion they run! love this place, love these pods and love the staff at True Rest! i can't say enough good things about this place! OH ONE LAST THING!!! I have never been offered a free float to review True Rest with a 4 or 5 start rating. They do not need to con people into good reviews, this place stands on it's own two feet with the services they offer. 5 stars because they DESERVE 5 stars!!!! Namaste
