  • I originally wrote this review on February 8th, but I was told if I wanted to have any chance of a resolution for my dilemma I was to immediately remove this review. How can you hold that over someone's head after you ruined the appliance you were here to fix? That is insane, I can't even begin to imagine what else they would try and get away with. Since I wanted this situation resolved, I took the review down. Was that enough? Nope. Good luck to anyone who hires these people. You will regret it, especially since they have incompetent people running it.
