rev:text	I've been going to salud to get their tropical bowls for quite some time now and today I had a terrible experience, worst customer service! I got the same bowl as usual it came out a different color as normal and there were huge hard clumps of granola. I was with a friend and I really didn't want to take time out of our conversation to complain but I got to a point that I couldn't eat any more because of the frozen clumps. I took it back and showed it to the young man that was working, he took it from me looked at it said yes that doesn't look good, took one big clump out with my spoon threw it away and set my bowl down behind the counter. I said "so can you make me another one his answer was" oh well you ate most of it.."!!!!! At that point I didn't know what he was planning to do since he just kept the rest of my bowl... I asked for it back and that was it. WTH? So not only did I get a crappy bowl for $10 I even got yelled at:):):) this was my last visit here....
