Very bad customer service! Came from out of town to bring in our truck to get looked at (tire sensor) it was right on car screen. Randy Westmoreland clam we had the best warranty will cover everything! Left the car at 10am. Came back around 3pm to check on the car. Front desk girls claim they order the parts and it's on its way! Came back at 5:45pm! Randy did not do any services on the car and claim he called us multiple time to let us know. Not 1 call was made! We are from out of town and left the number that is on hand! He claim he didn't work on the car because the warranty does not cover the tires.. umm so why did you say at 10am that it covered everything??? And added he try to reach us but couldn't.. okay thanks for the effort, but we were in the dealership a few hours ago. Why weren't we inform about this? Why tell us part is on the way, and they will work on it soon? 8 hours wasted waiting around! Randy try flipping it on us and made it our fault which is why it wasn't fix! Yeah, you look very guilty when you quickly walk away!
